Working with the consultant, you will decide what types of plants, how many, and any other materials needed for your project. Either your or the consultant can purchase the materials. Keep all of the receipts to verify the value of the purchased materials used. No reimbursement can be given without receipts.

You and the consultant will decide who is doing the installation. Some individuals prefer to do it themselves, others like to have the consultant do it. If the consultant installs your materials, their work can be covered under the 50% reimbursement.
