The Rice Lake Runoff Reduction Program (R3P) is for Rice Lake property owners along or away from shore.

The goal of this program is to help establish small areas to filter or redirect stormwater (and snow melt) runoff to reduce phosphorus levels in the lake.

Fifty percent of your qualifying Healthy Lake project cost is reimbursed by the Rice Lake- Lake District after completion. The reimbursement amount is not to exceed $1000.00.
